Well Hircine had me kill one to satiate his love of hunting (Oblivion).

In both Tales of Phantasia and Tales of Symphonia unicorns die/sacrifice themselves so the healer can cast better spells. Personal gain ftw.

And then I was playing the GBA remake of FF1 over the summer, and that’s got unicorn enemies in it too. They were pretty good for level grinding on.

This topic has made me hungry.

Yes, he’s the Deadric Prince of Hunting, and he created werewolves. In Oblivion you can visit his Shrine (There’s one for each of the 16 Deadric Princes), and he wants you to hunt down the last remaining Unicorn, kill it, and bring him back the horn.

And you did it?! Well, that’s not very nice. Killin the last unicorn and all. I guess Bosch was right—they dont exist…anymore.

Well some pretty nice armour was the reward. And since it didn’t give me any infamy points its clearly not an evil act.
