His render looks like the results of a Keebler Elf that got busy with a Smurf. I still like him, but I’m just sayin’.. uh, nevermind.
Agreed. I liked Dart better in the sketches rather than the render. The blue skin just kills it for me. Works well for Bobby and Loboto, but not so much for him.

Damn smooth. I like that much better than the blue. The only thing I’d change are the hat color(s). I’d make them red and burgandy like the stripes found on the backdrop of this forum -OR- make it Double Fine Orange. Other than the hat, that’d be perfect. Good job!

Man, those hue changes are really neat. Makes me want Photoshop even more. ;_;
My personal favorite is probably the one with the purple cap. Mainly because purple’s my favorite color.
I also agree, his sketches were better than the render. Though I personally think that’s the case for most if not all of the characters in Psychonauts. But I think his blue skin could work out, if they had given him a different color scheme on his clothing. It’s all a shade of blue/green. Maybe if his outfit had contrasted more with his skin tone, he would’ve looked less bland.

Either way, I’m still pretty fond of his design. The colors and stuff look fine to me. And that hat is hella fun to draw, man. It’s always like..whoosh, flippy. X3
