Merry Christmas! Buy Psychonauts some more!

I know Christmas is all about giving, but GameTap is taking this whole thing very seriously. It seems that they are giving away Psychonauts! Or at least lending it out. Until January 31, 2008, you can play Psychonauts on GameTap for FREE. How does Double Fine make money this way? You tell me. I have no idea! I mean, I’m sure we are, or they couldn’t do it, right? Right? Maybe they are planning on sending us some chocolates or something. Well, just to be safe, while you’re playing Psychonauts for free, visit our store and buy five Brütal Legend t-shirts.

“But I have lots of money!” you scream, “But I’m under house arrest so I can’t spend it. And I have an Xbox 360!”

Settle down, kid from Disturbia. You too, can play Psychonauts. On December 4, you will be able to download the game, the entire game, from Xbox Live. Welcome to the future.

They are like Rudolf, and Psychonauts is their glowing, red nose. A nose that you can download to your hard drive.  (Warning: do not actually try to download your nose to your hard drive.)

But I already own two copies of Psychonauts! Still, awesome that more people can play it, just wish it had achievement points on the 360. That would have warranted yet another purchase of Psychonauts.

I’ll spread the word to people that they can dl it, but I myself don’t own an Xbox and I already have the PC version. And a PS2 version. I bought the game twice as well.

You know you made a great game when people buy them twice!

I might get it on 360, but I’m not sure yet because most backwards compatible games wont work for me, because I’m using my monitor as a screen, so games just show up black and make my xbox crash.

You should release some themes and gamerpics for 360. I’d get those.

I will download it as soon as it comes out, for Psychonauts and Double Fine are awesome.

By the by, don’t get it from Gametap! Gametap makes Psychonauts less awesome by making it act weird (crashing, jittery cutscenes, etc.). Also, no money goes to Double Fine, so there.

That’s right, I bought Psychonauts. Again.

I may just delete it from my hard drive and buy it a few more times, that’s how good it is.

i assume that once people start playing it for free, they’ll be like “OMFG LOL ROFL KOPTR, I HEART PSYCHONAUTS! LOL!” and spread the word,
