# Episode 5: Rocio Salas

"How You Got Your Job in Games" is an interview series filmed in early 2026, featuring Double Fine's Tim Schafer exploring the motivations and professional histories of people working in the video game industry. In this episode, Tim talks to Senior Community Manager Rocio Salas. Rocio shaped an art degree into a job in the game industry, forged in the fires of Borderlands and Marvel community management. The games industry continues to deal with new challenges every day, but it also manages to find joy, too. We want to spotlight that joy by sharing unique experiences from our developers as they entered the industry, and celebrate the broader games industry through those stories.
