It is official. Mainland China blocks Twitter, Facebook, Wikipedia and YouTube (and other useful websites), but for some reason they did not block people from getting to see Nicolas Cage stinking it up in "Knowing", as it has a wide release in theaters here. Can someone explain the logic of that to me? I went to see 2012 in Shanghai with some friends and everyone in the theater enjoyed it but me. Is China the reason why movies like this keep getting made? Or maybe there is something wrong with me? Perhaps my cold heart is resistant to Danny Glover's ashen sad face as it gets smashed by an aircraft carrier... because I was laughing the whole time. At least they did not have the foresight to block DFAC!! Also, I will remove that errant comma from the third panel when I get back. You won't even know it happened.
