Common Issue

Issue:

I'm seeing strange glitches in the character animations in Psychonauts, and the controls aren't working properly.

Solution:

If you're seeing odd behaviour in Psychonauts such as animations looking frozen and the jump action behaving weirdly, and similar glitches, you may be experiencing an issue that occurs for some users when the game is not installed on the c: drive of your computer. We're not exactly sure what causes this issue, so sorry for the inconvenience. Reinstalling the game onto the c: drive should fix the issue for you.

If the game is already on the c: drive, you might be experiencing an unrelated problem, so if there's nothing else in the Supportal that helps you, please email support@doublefine.com and explain your problem in as much detail as possible.
