Controls aren't responding on Mac (Broken Age)

Issue:

I can see my mouse cursor on the title screen on Mac, but it doesn't respond to any of my controls

Solution:

We've identified an issue where on some newer versions of macOS the game doesn't respond to mouse clicks. It's not entirely clear why this has started happening yet, but luckily there are a couple of easy workarounds:

If you use Command + H the game should minimise, and then when you restore it to the screen again the control issue should be fixed.
Some users have reported that when they press the Spacebar just as the game is launching, that also seems to clear the issue.
