Hitching issues on AMD Graphics Cards (Keeper)

If you are using an AMD graphics card, and you have Fluid Moton Frames enabled within the AMD Adrenaline Control Panel, then you might find the game experiences hitching issues if you also have FSR enabled in game. To work around this, please enable one or the other, but not both.
