I think my pots have been unfairly moderated! (Kiln)

Reports of inappropriate content are periodically reviewed by our team, but a player’s pots are automatically moderated after reaching a certain threshold of reports, as a precaution. But we understand that there’s a chance the report tool could be used inappropriately, and so if you think that is the case for you, then you may wish to appeal this action. As soon as we are able, we’ll get a person to review the reports, and if considered appropriate will take action to undo the moderation action.

To appeal moderation, please send an email to support@doublefine.com with the subject line ‘Kiln Moderation Appeal’ and provide details of your Xbox Gamertag or your PSN ID, and the email address associated with it, along with a screenshot of the pot in question so we can compare against our data, and we will investigate the issue as soon as we are able.
