LowLevelFatalError crashes with Unreal Engine games and Intel 13th and 14th generation processors (Keeper)
Common Issue
Intel has acknowledged an instability issue with 13th and 14th generation processors.
To check whether you have such a processor, type 'System Information' in the Start Menu in Windows, and open that utility up. Under 'Processor' it will tell you the generation of your processor.
In Unreal engine games like Keeper and Psychonauts 2, this is known to occasionally cause instabilities that will cause the game to crash, often with a message containing the phrase 'LowLevelFatalError'
In order to address issues such as this, we are unable to help directly as it is a hardware issue with the machine. However, we recommend you visit the website of your computer or motherboard's manufacturer, as they may be able to further guide you on what to do to address this issue.
Please note that not all LowLevelFatalError crashes are caused by this issue, and the most common cause is that your system does not meet the minimum system requirements to run. Please check the system requirements of the games to see if this may apply to your machine. We are unfortunately unable to support issues with machines that do not meet the minimum requirements.
